Guarantee

Individual bookings are considered firm only with a valid Credit Card number, expiry date and cryptogram; or with a total or partial prepayment of the stay before the arrival of the customer.

Flexible terms 1 (D-30)

A deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay is due at the time of the reservation.
Free cancellation and full refund of the deposit until 30 days before the arrival date (before 02.00pm).
In case of late cancellation or late modification, the prepayment will be kept and non refundable.
In case of no-show or anticipated departure, the total amount of the stay will be charged.

Flexible terms 2 (D-14)

A deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay is due at the latest 14 days before the arrival date throught a secured payment link sent by email by the hotel few days before this deadline.
Without this prepayment, the hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation.
Free cancellation until 14 days before the arrival date (before 02.00pm).
In case of late cancellation or late modification, the prepayment will be kept and non refundable.
In case of no-show or anticipated departure, the total amount of the stay will be charged.

Non-refundable terms

Prepayment of the full amount of the stay upon reservation.
As soon as the reservation is made, no modification can be done and the prepayment is non refundable.
This prepayment is not refundable in the event of cancellation, change of dates of stay or no-show.
